Cancer is the malignant growth resulting from an uncontrolled cell division one of the major public health problems in the world. This study aims to determine district wise distribution of cancer incidence in national comprehensive cancer centre (B.P.Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital) of Nepal for 2020. This was a descriptive study with primary and secondary data collection in 1st January to 31th December 2020. Out of 24093 new patients 4608 were diagnosed with cancer. The cancers were common in age group of 60-64 years. Most of the patients were from Chitwan followed by Rupendehi and Nawalparasi. The most frequent form of cancer for both sexes was bronchus & lung followed by cervix uteri and breast. The incidence of cancer was seen to be increasing day by day. Well organized awareness activities, HPV vaccination and screening programme was recommended to control and prevent the cancer burden in Nepal.
