The ongoing revolution in Iran and the Human Rights abuses have played an essential role in the halt of the JCPOA negotiation. However, the "Iranian politics" and the return to the JCPOA is one issue the American administration must deal with. This article tries to answer the question of the nature, components, and coordinates of Biden's foreign policy towards Iran and what it will look like moving on. By documenting and analyzing statements by President Biden and his foreign policy team, it is argued that Biden's foreign policy discourse is "liberal internationalism." President Biden's nuclear policy is also based on a thematic and phased link to return to the JCPOA.
