This research aims to examine the academic studies on school culture in Turkey between the years 2000-2021. This research was carried out with a document analysis pattern using qualitative methods. The data of the study were collected using Google Scholar and YÖK National Thesis Center resources. In the searches made using the words "school culture" from these sources, 3 books, 24 articles, 27 master's theses and 7 doctoral theses, which were published between 2000-2021 and matched the criteria of this research, were determined. As a result of the analyzes, it was determined that the most publications were made in 2019, 2021 and 2015, the variables of school culture, teachers and school administrators were used the most in the studies, and the study groups were mainly composed of teachers, school administrators and students. It has been shown that school culture has more than one purpose, different beliefs, knowledge and expectations, school culture is nourished by national and moral values, the most important factor directing school culture is the school principal and school culture should be open to all innovations. It has been concluded that a healthy school culture is vitally important for schools, and that all stakeholders in the school should cooperate in order to create a healthy school culture.
